Refund & Payments Policy

We work on an hourly basis, and not on a fixed price basis.

We do not provide refunds for the hours spent working on the project.

If you decide to cancel the project for any reason before we started with the work and have spent any hours on the project, we will provide you with a 100% refund of your deposit payment.

If we start working on the project and you decide to cancel the project for any reason, we will provide you with a refund for the non-spent hours from your deposit payment.

We do not start with a project until your approval.

We do not proceed with the work before receiving the deposit payment.

We take up-front deposit payment (between 5 and 15 hours of work) which covers the number of hours needed for completing the first delivery.

We email you weekly invoices (usually each Monday) with hours and deliverables done in the past week.

Our policy is not to work half up-front and half after project delivery.
