The billionaires who started from the Hipinspire website.
Hipinspire is a comrade-in-arms who follows the entrepreneur on his journey. My job is to make sure that the entrepreneur always has the best possible website. It does not matter if he is at a phase where he can spend $500 or $100k on the website. Hipinspire is an essential part of the entrepreneurs' life. Whether, he is starting from a dorm room, or he owns a building.
1. Zoom
1. In 2012 I had a call with Nick Chong from Zoom. By default, I emailed Nick my Skype credentials. I remember his reply: "Obviously, we are gonna use Zoom for this call."
I did the majority of the design work for Zoom in their 2nd and 3rd years of operations. In those 2 years, Zoom used the live website I created. They gained $200 million in valuation!
2. Udemy
In 2011 I did some landing pages and UI design work for a course website for two Turkish guys in Silicon Valley.
3. Fiverr
Fiverr is one of the best things that happened to the Internet lately. In 2020, I did the Fiverr Ambassadors website.
4. Apple
Interrupting the billionaire's list, to showcase work for 3 of the world's largest brands.
I was on a well-deserved vacation, and I've got a call from X agency. Apple is launching iBooks, and they need some cover design for books. For the first and last time in my life, I interrupted my vacation. Below is a cover for The Wizard of Oz.
5. Google
While I did some work during the recruitment process for Google, the newsletter Google probably dispatched below. It's done for Six Spoke agency.
6. Coca-Cola
In 2006 I did a PR launch campaign for Coca-Cola in Serbia. I took some bad advice and did not show up at the launch press conference. A photo from that event could bring me a lot of work in the upcoming years. Nevertheless, I meet with Coca-Cola a few times more. I was usually doing some partnership mobile apps between my U.S. clients and Coca-Cola.
7. CrazyEgg
One of the most lovely digital products ever. During 2011, 2012, and 2013, I did mostly coding work for Hiten Shah and his wife.
8. Naval
"Are you from Bosnia?" Naval Ravikant approached me. "You see this Hugo Boss jacket? I bought it two days ago on Fifth Avenue. But it's from Bosnia." The year was 2006, and it was a Vast.com party in Belgrade. I was 19 years old and did some website and UI Design for Vast.com.
9. Tim Ferris
One day in 2011, AJ Kumar brings me a project for Tim's new book.
10. Gitlab
During 2015, I worked for Gitlab. I worked directly for CEO Sid Sijbrandij.
On the road to success, the only certain thing is the Hipinspire-designed website.
